Operator and agreement
This website is operated by Fenwick Process Intelligence Ltd, 18 Calderwick Lane, Ancoats, Manchester, M4 6HJ, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected] about these terms. By using the website, you agree to its permitted-use conditions. If you do not accept them, stop using the website. Mandatory rights granted by applicable law are not excluded.
Website information and enquiries
The service pages explain possible areas of work and general implementation considerations. They are not a quotation, a promise of results or an offer capable of acceptance through browsing. Information about AI, security, privacy and governance is general and does not constitute legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.
Submitting an enquiry or preparing an email draft does not create a client relationship or oblige either party to proceed. A commissioned project must have agreed scope, fees, payment terms, responsibilities, acceptance conditions and any necessary data processing terms. A signed project agreement takes precedence over these website terms for the services it covers.
Your obligations
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate enquiry information. Do not impersonate another person, submit information you are not entitled to share, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with website availability. Do not use contact details for unsolicited bulk messages. You are responsible for checking that any initial enquiry excludes unnecessary confidential or personal information.
For a commissioned service, responsibilities such as providing access, approving requirements and reviewing outputs must be defined in the project agreement. AI-generated output can be incorrect or incomplete. It should not be used for consequential decisions without the checks and review appropriate to the task.
Intellectual property
Website copy, layout and original materials are owned by or licensed to the operator unless otherwise stated. You may view the pages and retain reasonable copies for internal consideration of our services, provided that attribution and notices remain intact. Broader reproduction, commercial redistribution or presentation of our materials as your own requires permission or another lawful basis.
Third-party names and referenced materials remain the property of their respective owners. References do not imply endorsement or partnership. Ownership and permitted use of project deliverables, source code, reusable components and third-party licences must be addressed in the relevant service agreement.
Availability, links and liability
We may update, suspend or withdraw website material and do not guarantee uninterrupted access. External links are provided for context; their content, security and terms are controlled by the relevant operators. Check supplier documentation and contractual terms before relying on a feature description or making a purchase decision.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or reliance on general website information. Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contractual liability for commissioned work is addressed separately.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted where misuse, security concerns or legal requirements justify it. Ending website access does not cancel obligations under a separate project contract. Termination of commissioned services, handover, outstanding payments and treatment of retained data are governed by that contract and applicable law.
Governing law and disputes
These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Subject to mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules, disputes fall within the courts of England and Wales. Consumers retain protections and access to courts that applicable law provides in their circumstances.
Contact us first with a description of the issue and the remedy sought so that it can be considered before formal proceedings. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue so far as legally possible. Revisions apply to future website use and do not retrospectively change an existing signed project agreement.
